Sweat Lodge & Purification Initiation: A Retreat with Amaé

Drawing on 14 years of experience guiding this ritual—a practice I am deeply passionate about—I wish to share with you the beauty, power, and depth of the sweat lodge! This retreat is suitable both for newcomers and for those wishing to deepen their existing experience with the sweat lodge.

It is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the full three-day process, though it is also possible to attend just for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

The sweat lodge ceremony will mark the inauguration of a new purification space on the site. This retreat serves to remind us of the strength of nature and the elements; it is a time to purify ourselves with humility and to connect with healing songs and the power of intention!

Gentleness, listening to the Self, and Power will be our allies as we take this step and open the Gateways!

Open to those wishing to deepen their understanding of this magnificent ritual and learn with humility. Open to those simply wanting to discover more about themselves or the secrets of Nature, or to anyone wishing to purify their Spirit while walking the path of the heart.

Friday: Opening the space, building the sweat lodge using hazel poles, connecting with the directions, and initiation.

Saturday: Preparing intentions and prayers, sharing authentic and sincere words within the group, completing the construction, and making offerings.

Sunday: Lighting the fire, offerings, the sweat lodge ritual, closing and sharing circle, and tidying up.

Price: €120 for the 3 days, €90 for the weekend, plus a flat-rate accommodation fee of €30 per person.
